The Devil & Sons webshop accepts payment via PayPal.
 
You can pay with a Credit or Debit card via PayPal WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. Simply choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card
 
We cannot send packages until payments have cleared.
 
Please contact us if you are having any problems with payment and we will do our best to assist you.
 
Payment should be made within 3 days. We may relist the item if we have not received payment or any communication from you after 4 days (but we will also make contact with you first to discuss the situation).
 
 
Shipping and Delivery Policy
 
All our instruments are securely packed in cardboard guitar boxes for shipment. More fragile instruments may be double boxed.
 
We will ship to the address given during the checkout process unless you notify us of an alternative at the time of purchase (please send a message if this is the case).
 
We normally ship with a courier such as My Hermes ( https://www.myhermes.co.uk/ ) and will pass your email on to them (provide you supply one at purchase) so they can send you tracking details directly.
 
Items are normally sent out within 3 working days.
 
We are a UK based company and some buyers will be liable for custom duties or tax when importing into their country if based outside of the EU, this is the case for our North American customers. Send us a message if you need more information.
 
For guitars that include a rosewood fretboard a CITES permit is required for shipping to non-EU countries which will delay delivery by approximately 2 weeks.
