Great support from Sam. He answered my questions about the product. The SX-120 compliments my audio setup adding a nice dimension in sound. Plays nice with my Gale Model 4 floor stands and a Fosi BT20A Pro mini amp. Not exactly an audiophile setup but sounds great to my ears. The box looked like Ace Ventura delivered it! Luckily it survived without a scratch but they (shipping company) could have done better.
