These boots were advertised as Very Good Preowned Condition. There wasn’t any mention of heal damage that actually prevented someone from wearing them at all. Full disclosure of damage of this sort should be described in the original listing, not Very Good Condition, see photos. I’ve never in my 60 years seen a boot heal attempted repair in this way.

So sorry the boots didn't work out. The heel damage you are referring to is actually to the heel savers, which are meant to protect the heels, and be removed or replaced. I left them on in case a buyer wanted to keep them, but can easily be removed. The photo of the heel in the listing clearly showed that. We have free returns, so there never is any problem sending something back for a full refund.
