I had questions that were answered promptly before i bought the flywheel. It works great. The shipping company, FEDEX, on the other hand not so great. Flywheel came from Long Island area and was going to central NY area. It went to Ohio, then to a 2nd place in Ohio, then back to the first place in Ohio, to another place in Ohio. It spent about a week in ohio. Then spent about a week in Rochester, before finally getting to me about 40 miles south east of Rochester. Glad I wasn't in a hurry.
