I offered a full return for this item. The buyer stated that there was no issue with the item, instead they realize after receiving it that they wanted a different item. All was well and I was getting ready to send the return label when the buyer stopped communicating. A week later they called me a liar for no reason as they willingly admitted that they didn't read the listing title. I do not understand why you would handle a situation like this and they have been reported.
