Said he would over pack it which he did and I appreciated. I looked around and found it as low as $71 and $200 for a sealed copy on ebay and other retailers. I did make the purchase and maybe should have looked around more but that doesn't make it ok to over charge people. Simply asked the seller if he could refund $20 and got no reply. Also found a small crack at the center of the disc.
