The pictures show a used Samsung fold 3 with no signs of a crack. I received my package on Monday and sent the seller a message immediately I saw the cracked phone, less than 10mins. I sent him pictures of the phone and that of the package showing no damage to the package. I expected the seller to sort it out but they went ahead to tell me that I had cracked it myself, which is clearly impossible. I’m highly dissatisfied because they stated no returns and I would attach pictures of the damage

This new buyer was sent a perfectly used phone in great conditions, sent us a picture of a cracked phone and he was asked to return the item, buyer did not respond and left this feedback. We cant refund if we dont get the item back. We sold 10 of the same exact item with no issues at all.
