    Dress is Gorgeous. Shipping costs were absolutely insane. The dress was SHOVED into a UPS plastic bag. I paid $18.00 for that. Highway Robbery. Took 10 days to get here. I paid immediately upon buying the dress. The dress is available NOW at better retail stores for $598.00. Clearly this is a fabulous deal. But ! To be sent a Designer Dress in a plastic bag & charged $18.00 ? I don’t think so. Unimpressed with this seller & his lack of knowledge & inability to understand good c/service.

    The dress was carefully folded & placed in a tyvek envelope & placed in a padded FR envelope -the cost of insuring from loss or damage FAR EXCEEDS the $18 you had paid. Boxing the dress would have the dress showing up in a ball after its journey. You mentioned tissue paper & a thank you note would have been appreciated in an earlier message - We strive to provide items at discounted rates to buyers safely. So we generously provided you with a $30 partial refund. Happy the dress arrived safely TY
