I ordered this for my Mum's 70th Birthday but it never arrived. I checked on when it was due to be delivered and it said it was delivered at 5.01am towards the end of May. I contacted the company and told them there had been a mistake and it had never been delivered and they didn't believe me. I have now been messaging the company for 14 days and still don't have a refund. I'm sick of telling them that I don't have the Rose Bear but they don't believe me. I would NOT recommend this company
