Immediately contacted the seller upon realizing that this was the incorrect scale and wouldn’t fit my mcfarlane figure and the seller proceeds to reach out to eBay with no contact what so ever and have the return

NEVER got a message from buyer about what was wrong. I only got a message from Ebay about the buyer wanting a refund, but I clearly don't accept returns. Everything I show on my listings are true and accurate. If the buyer would of messaged me I may have accepted a return ,but I was unaware of the Problem?
