the computer is junk put a new hard drive and battery in it and does not work went to diag with f12 and it did not show the hard drive took a known good hard drive out of one of my other dell computers and the computer did not see it. i tried to contact the seller but got no response , i want my money back for selling a known defective computer.

I love the product. Unfortunately, because its discontinued, I bought it used, so I can't say that seller makes a good product other than it was in good condition, a little dirty, but I cleaned. 100% functional, not sure yet because my wireless charging doesn't seem to function with my iphone 15. but maybe battery needs to de-charge a bit first, it was 90% charged. Other then that, Thank you. Item was in good condition. Trust worthy! Has my 5 stars and would buy again from them!
