Canary Island/Spain buyer on excluded countries list, nevertheless, seller tried to facilitate transaction by talking directly to ebay customer svc, told it was a "glitch."Seller tried multiple times to override,change restrictions + followed instructions to cancel then relist with bin in his time zone, but all best efforts failed for unknown reasons-sorry for his disappointment.
