The seller sent the item quickly. Unfortunately, the mail carrier was not able to deliver the product. However, the seller did make many attempts to track and made inquiries to help this transaction. In the end, unfortunate the seller issued a full refund because the Product was never delivered. This was not their fault they did a good job to help this along. See the tracking as on 6/17 below
