After receiving and installing the struts, one of them snapped loose and damaged my back door. Although initially I received a message back after my complaint, for them to reimburse me, after sending them some photos, I never heard anything back or got the refund. The struds also showed signs of rust and the ball joint at the top completely deformed, sprung loose and damaged the backdoor Instead of leaving feedback straight away, I first connected with the service team, but now I am posting here
