This lamp arrived with a chip in the marble. I contacted the seller and they gave me a run around about how it’s my fault because I didn’t tell them until a week later. The box has a hole from the corner of the marble breaking through. I sent pictures to the buyer. They asked if I wanted to return the item in which I accepted initially but they also said they would honor a partial refund if I change my mind and keep the lamp. I changed my mind, contacted them but they are now unresponsive.
