Description: "Fully Unlocked" Phone was Locked. After unboxing and an immediate factory reset, phone showed it was corporate managed and required login and password to use. Seller wrote: "This is NOT a stolen phone" Phone was returned for a refund. Seller stated "When our technicians tested the phone it showed a working phone and not the Disney lock" which is just sad--all it takes is that factory reset. Sorry, but selling an unusable product, not as described gets negative feedback.

Buyer did something to the phone and wanted to keep both the phone and get a full refund and was adamant in keeping both calling it stolen. I show him pictures of the serial number and that the phone was clean then he quickly returned the phone because he knows he would not get away with this.

Buyer powered on phone and immediately performed a factory reset. Immediately, the phone was locked. Buyer absolutely had no use for locked phone because buyer purchased "Fully Unlocked" phone. Buyer did not want to traffic stolen goods (which is against the law) and also wanted a refund for the useless, locked phone. Buyer inquired. Seller stated, "This is NOT a stolen phone." As it was not stolen, Buyer returned phone for a refund, which grated. What a circus this seller is. Caveat Emptor
