Great quality prop but had to email multiple times about shipping. Was told it would be shipped on 2 different dates which it was not. I needed it for a convention and said if i didn't recieve it in time I would have to cancel the order. I did get it in time but shouldn't have had to do this. Great quality props, great response time for emails but something is missing from customer aervice. I also had sent an email stating a discount code that was offered was never applied to the order.
