General Terms and Conditions
1. Customer agrees to verify the specifications of each product with the order they placed.
2. All orders on this website for any Desktop undergo a 1-5 business day, handling process. The shipping time is separate from this handling time.
3. On all free shipping orders, the shipping will be standard.
4. Shipping costs and expenses will not be refunded once we ship.
5. It is the customer’s responsibility to look over their email confirmation and make sure all billing and item purchased is correct. If you do not get an email confirmation, contact Slayer Customs to verify your order.
6. If a quote on a Custom-Order is provided to the customer by Slayer Customs, this quote is only good for 3 days because of the possibility of the future unavailability for certain hardware. After the 3rd day has passed, a new quote will need to be obtained before proceeding on the proposed Custom-Order. After the Custom-Order is completed, the customer will be notified.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AS TO PRODUCTS SOLD
YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO MEGATECH PC LLC, ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE SOLD BY MEGATECH PC LLC, SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE ORDERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL MEGATECH PC LLC OR THE OWNER OF MEGATECH PC LLC, BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT SOLD.
Shipping
All Desktops on the MegaTech PC LLC Website come with free shipping through FedEx, UPS, or USPS. When Product is shipped between MegaTech PC and the customer, the customer agrees that the owner of MegaTech PC, is not liable for any damage the product may have received during shipment transit or any delays that may have occurred while product is in shipper s possession. It is the customer s responsibility to notify MegaTech PC of the shipment incident that has occurred, and MegaTech PC will resolve all damage and liability claims. All orders on this website for any Desktop undergo a 1-5 business day, handling process. The shipping time is separate from this handling time. Once the Desktop is shipped, the average shipping time is 3-5 business days through FedEx, UPS, and USPS. All Products shipped from MegaTech PC are insured for peace of mind for both, the customer and MegaTech PC. If a product is damaged due to the mishandling of the third-party transit or for any other reason while in transit, the customer will be offered a full refund or a new replacement. Mishandling of the product from the customer after the item has arrived does not benefit from this insurance and will not be compensated. Any product that MegaTech PC ships out to a customer that comes back to MegaTech PC as a refused delivery, the customer will subject to fees. A 10% restocking fee will apply. Shipping fees that incur while sending the package to the customer and receiving the package back from the customer will not be refunded.
Refunds and Returns
Any PC made by MegaTech PC comes with a 30-day return window, subject to a 10% restocking fee. MegaTech PC will pay return shipping. Refunds are only issued for the sale amount. A refund is not available if the customer used hardware enhancing, third party software, to enhance any of the components inside the returned computer, which resulted in the failure of the hardware. Refunds are not available if a computer or component was damaged in the customers possession and ownership. Returned products must be returned in the original packaging and contain all contents that the computer had when it was received, including, manuals, packaging, and boxing, or a refund will not be applicable, shipping box does not need to be included. Before making any return, back up all software and data and remove any personal information, confidential information or private content which you do not want viewed or used by MegaTech PC or any third-party servicer. MegaTech PC is not liable for lost data or misuse of data on computers that are returned for any reason. On any Refund, the customer agrees and notices that before any refund amount can be returned to the customer, MegaTech PC reserves the right to Inspect the product being returned and verify all product identification information is correct before proceeding the refund.
Warranty Service
MegaTech PC LLC will accept the return of any failing or defective new component(s) within the first 90 days of purchase date for free replacement. This 90-Day period provided by MegaTech PC LLC, will replace the failing or defective component with same component in the original invoice. If the same component in the original invoice is unavailable or out of stock from the distributors MegaTech PC LLC does business with, then a replacement will be made with a component of same value and/or similar performance. The customer has the right to file the manufacturer warranty claim themselves if they prefer. After 90 days it is the customers responsibility to file a manufacturer warranty claims with the associated company for any failing hardware they may encounter. MegaTech PC LLC will install this newly claimed component, or any customer purchased replacement Component, free of charge, excluding water cooling kits. Additional fees may arise during the warranty replacement process and MegaTech PC will only be responsible for covering shipping costs partially for the replacement computer or part(s). Warranty is void if the computer is defective due to physical damage, overclocking, or from part modifications from the original order on critical components such as motherboard, processor, CPU cooler, case, or power supply.
