Die Verpackung kam zerbeult und kaputt an. Die Beschreibung ist irre führend. Man denkt man bekommt zwei Figuren, aber dieser schreckstrich dient als entweder oder und man muss sich entscheiden was man haben will. Das geht auch anders. Ich habe schon bei Käufern eingekauft wo man auswählen kann was man haben will. Miese Masche.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, erstmal entschuldige ich mich bei Ihnen, dass die Verpackung beschädigt ankam. Hoffe dass die Figur unversehrt angekommen. Doch Sie hätten sich auch wegen der beschädigten Verpackung nicht gemacht haben um eine einvernehmliche Lösung zu finden. Weiterhin handelt es sich dabei nicht, wie vorgeworfen um eine ,,Miese Masche" wie Sie von Ihnen fälschlicherweise vorgeworfen wird, sondern wurde in der Artikelbeschreibung dies vergessen zu erwähnen.
