I put in a refund request fir this order bc the seller didn't disclose that DHL would be charging brokerage fees. Communication with seller was difficult bc they referred me to eBay instead of trying to deal with my issue. Seller was rude and disrespectful in their communication. I refused to pay the DHL fees and it turns out that they were trying to scam me and my parcel was delivered by Canada Post without any duties or other fees. I would not recommend this seller. Not a great experience. 😕
