My bad, card was French I didnt read it correctly. Main issue is ordered 15th and arrived 28th which is long window from payment to arrival of product.

All my listings have a 10 working day dispatch time. You didn't read the listing properly as you missed this as well as the fact the card is in French. A 2nd class postage stamp without tracking/signature also takes a couple days, so it is very unfair to leave neutral feedback for things that are not my fault. A 13 day window from what I have just explained above would be completely normal.
