It charges beautifully, but does not do the discharge/charge function until the battery is totally refreshed or is actually used up for good. Refresh mode would display "null" if it wasn't rechargeable. I explained this to the seller and he was very understanding and offered a refund upon return. I sent it today and hope for a refund soon.
