Dear Les, unfortunately there is a lot o fraud on ebay. And with ebay purchaser protection policy being the way it is leaves the seller in a bad position. This has happened to me many times. Where I have been defrauded and ebay did nothing to help. So unfortunately I am forced to protect myself. I hope you understand this
