Overall this was a very positive experience buying from this seller and would definitely buy from them again.

The item is functional, however I would not call it "approaching a brand new appearance with almost no scratches" as the keypad is quite scuffed - still functional and not a dealbreaker, but I was expecting something that appears almost new.
