Hi, not very understanding buyer we had a death in family the week of sale so post was delayed, he was kept informed throughout and it was explained as was in description they were being sent from France, no sympathy whats so ever, sent customs form as proof still no patience he has had a refund and the pins will arrive he has managed to upset both of us and got a refund and will get the pins hope he is happy with the result
