The item was not NEW. Contacted seller and he said "I purchased a few 100 of these ornaments from a vendor. I personally did not open everyone to inspect as I assumed they were all new" You cannot assume! Item package was worn and damaged indicating clearly he knew it was not NEW. The car had a brown mark on broiler that was fairly large. Contacted seller he was not apologetic did not assume responsibility and only solution was he would accept return at my expense. Totally a DECEPTIVE sale!
