I bought the item on the 14-Dec-23 and the item did not arrive at my address on the 02-Jan-24 as expected/stated. Since I did not see the item as at when due, I have decided to buy another shoe because I needed it urgently at that time. Please I don't need this item anymore and humbly requested for a refund, which the seller is yet to refund. thank you

It shown 20th of Dec parcel arrived,but "no answer",we send you email so many times,all not get reply,till it return to processing center.Till to this week,you say don't need it,and you want get a full refund,we have to get you a refund,refund you hace get,but why we still get this so bad feedback? Parcel arrived,you "no answer",you choose don't pick it up,is our mistaken?So Funny!
