The cord clearly was pictured as missing the wall portion. You are probably upset because YOU overlooked this. You also mentioned you bought a second unit because you were unhappy with handling time. I have a feeling this complaint has more to do with you having 2 of the same item than actually being an issue. You are being 100% dishonest!!! Maybe in the future don't buy 2 of something you only want 1 of.
