Carrier was made of thin cotton. Not linen as stated. Also much too shallow for my small Border Terrier.

Issues were not reported to me and the negative feedback was the first I heard so no chance to rectify.
The item was described as cotton and I indicated the size and appropriateness for dog sizes so not sure what more I could of done.
First negative feedback in all these years is disappointing. Asked the buyer to remove but alas no response.
