The seller purposely took the pictures in a way that cut out the damage. When I received the item, I returned it and they said that I did a false return and they’re not going to refund my money. They said that the pictures I sent them must’ve been a different book and called me a liar. When I looked at their feedback, this is their response every time someone Files a bad feedback on them. Buyers like this things for people shopping on eBay.

DID NOT take pics purposely hiding anything. Buyer never came to us first.just opened a case. Ebay sided with him without a word to us.Buyers pics were enlarged and the binding that had very little damage looked terrible.. Pic of ripped out page was taken with the pages pulled back .not visible in our pics.Thought he was pulling a fast one, Book came back and we saw where the ripped out page was when pulling back pages. Was refunded and given an apology. He leaves us.neg.Sellers have no rights!
