AVOID!!! I can’t blame a seller when an item gets lost by the shipping carrier, but in this case they failed to respond to multiple friendly, understanding messages encouraging them to open a claim with USPS (only they can do it, not the buyer). It’s been ten days now, and still no response to the messages. eBay thankfully granted me a refund, but this seller needs to respond to issues even when they’re neither party’s fault! A little communication goes a long way. Very disappointing experience.
