They sent the wrong item, I emailed them about the mistake and haven't heard back, and sent back shoes I received. Hope I get the correct item soon.

We agree that we originally sent you the wrong shoes for that we apologized. We tried several times to contact you but received no response. Then you left us negative feedback saying that we never responded to you. We sent you a messages on 6/1 informing you that we made the mistake and what we were willing to do to fix the problem. We messaged you again on 6/3 and 6/10 all with no response.
