Dreadful experience bought this as a birthday present May 20th. My friends birthday came and went, nothing. When I contact the seller for a refund they stayed they were happy to see it had now been delivered, it hadn’t. I requested proof none was provided. I had to keep chasing, each time asking for a refund, on the 16th of June I received a message that a package had been shipped. Seller completely ignored my request for a refund and sent another vase which is no longer needed. Buyer beware!!!
