Both the seller and shipper were nice during the time of transaction. After supposed day of delivery things went South. I never received this item. I can't get any help in resolving. Both the shipper and FedEx are recommending me to contact the other party. No one is taking responsibility. I am now out of $918.00 as a result. I will still try to resolve, at this time it does not look as if any resolution will result. If anything positive changes I will revise this feedback.
