In trying to rectifying the error made by the company. It was not satisfactory. First, I was sent an item I did not order.
Secondly, I ask to get compensated and get the item at a substantial price and was offered from $2.00 - $5.00 off of the full price of the item.
Thirdly, I stated I wanted a refund for the item. I did ask for a return address to send the item back. Which I did not get as of yet. So, I am stuck with a product I did not order.
