      Seller was dealing with mother dying of cancer and having to be by her side 24/7 to attend to her. Seller's eBay business fell behind with shipping and responding to messages which seller dealt with mother's cancer, death and all the things which have to be addressed and handled post-death. Seller was finally ready to ship the pajamas to buyer but buyer asked for a refund instead.
