The only difference is that the battery is a bit worn and doesn't last long, about three hours. The screen is a bit worn. Acceptable for the price. What I didn't like, and it made me nervous, was that I made the purchase on weekdays, and it didn't arrive in the mail for more than 24 hours. I started to think that maybe they wouldn't send me my phone. Thank God they did, and it arrived. Four-stars
