They said they didn’t have any in stock, so they “sent me an alternative with a free head cover”. I asked for a refund after spending $519 aud for a damaged club, they offered a $78 refund. I believe eBay stepped in refunded the full amount, which I was very relieved about. I had only one reply from robyshop during all of this, even though I asked many qs
