    Listing included expedited shipping via Priority Mail. Seller shipped via USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE 4 days after receiving payment with no communication, despite my note to seller to 'contact me if any questions or problems PRIOR TO SHIPPING'. No receipt of item until 24 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. Missed birthday it was for. Seller offered return if I paid the return shipping, but I couldn't open packages. I declined. After opening the packages and using the item for a week, the speaker stopped working.

    I was unaware that my eBay listing showed Priority Mail, it was defaulted. Buyer did not request to cancel so I shipped the product by the expected Ebay date. The product was clearly listed with No Returns and No refunds. The shipping costs were a third of the product price which caused me to suffer a loss by delivering it. Buyer demanded a better offer or threatened a negative review. The product was brand new if it broke then that is the manufacturer's problem, there's warranty for that.
