      I purchased this on Sep-5 and it was delivered on Sep-18. The item was great—exactly as described—but the shipping was a letdown. The label wasn't created until Sep-11 after the seller messaged me (I'll give them credit for that) and it didn't get an origin scan until Sep-14. The seller was apologetic, but it took almost two weeks to get this item. When you're this late, you should use the fastest shipping possible to attempt to fix the experience and avoid further delays.

      I hate to ruin someone's 100% rating. I can't say anything about my item's quality because the seller hasn't shipped it yet, nor did they respond to my inquiry when I asked about the delay. I understand unexpected difficulties can occur, because I've experienced a few of my own. But business owners have an obligation to communicate with customers if they can't meet an obligation during the promised window. I don't mind waiting for something as long as I'm informed beforehand.
