    Quick delivery was positive. However, I expected the box which contained the new hairdryer to be secured in a new shipping box instead of being wrapped in a black plastic trash bag with shipping tape around it. Fortunately, the hairdryer was not cracked or damaged. It seems to be working. I would have preferred the option to pick it up instead of shipping in this condition. This was a holiday gift so I hope I don't have to replace it anytime soon. Item was as described. Good value for price pd.
