Very compact folded up, will even fit into SV212 padded scope bag. Shorter than most with legs not extended, but good for me extended half way. If too short for you, put a $40 SW pier on it for 8” more height. For hers, i paired it with the SV225 altaz mount, another top notch piece of design and execution. Even Ed Ting agrees, in his latest YT channel review.

Time will tell just how good, but for use on the range to sight targets out to 300m it should work just fine. The tripod is simple with a cheap feel to it, but again - for use on the range, I'm sure it'll do just fine.
