        I bought three sweaters from this seller, and all had major issues. This one had a large moth hole on the sleeve, clearly visible but hidden in the listing photos.After receiving it, I immediately requested a return. The seller then falsely claimed I needed to close the return request to receive a 35% partial refund, saying the system would block it otherwise. Trusting them, I closed the request, but days passed with no refund and no response.
