    Seller shipped tool in bubble mailer. It was taped everywhere except the bottom. The tool whatever reason fell out somewhere. Not my fault for horrible packaging of a ratchet tool. Contacted seller and basically said it was stolen out of the envelope with zero help. So I leave this feedback. Not my fault here. Sad
