Appearance and watch display are perfect. Cosmetically it looks brand new. Right now I am going through an adjustment period after being a Fitbit customer for the last 7 years. Some of the numbers I am used to seeing aren’t lining up. While I am sure some or possibly all of it is just the differences in how the 2 companies record and display data I still feel I need more time to see.
