    The packaging of the device was extremely careless. It didn’t even come in a box — it was just wrapped in plastic, with the corners fully exposed. There was a very high risk of damage during shipping. At the very least, it should have been sent in a proper box. I’m extremely disappointed and find this completely unacceptable.
