    I tried to cancel the order when there was no movement on it 5 days after it had been supposedly picked up by the shipper on day 1 so I ordered another solution and cancelled the order only to have them ship it then tell me it shipped. I called them on it and they decided to just refund my money but now I get to keep a switch I don't need or want and they lost money twice on this order, they lost the item and the $. It's not the outcome either of us wanted but I guess it's positive for me.
