This was my first time using Ebay, and trusted this seller due to positive reviews and buyer protection claimed by Ebay, which neither was fulfilled. Very unhappy with this experience, especially since this was a gift. Def won't use Ebay again. Note: First refund attempt was accidentally cancelled. Tried again immediately after, to no avail. Even after contacting eBay.
