Although the seller wrapped the sewing machine with bubble wrap, the spaces around the machine did not have bubble wrap to keep the machine from moving around thus the machine was severely damaged. The seller refuses to give me a refund/compensation. Instead, the seller tells me it's not his responsibility and to make a claim via FedEx. I now have to take the machine to a singer repair service to fix the parts broken and it may not be repairable.
