        a very communicative seller! it was sent later than the expected date, but seller kept in constant contact with me so i wasn't ever worried about it. seller also gave me some extras as a way of an apology, which they didn't need to do but i thought it was extremely nice of them.the packaging was ok; the plastic part ripped through from the demon dog figurine not being wrapped securely, but it is what it is. the figurine though was in perfect condition! so i'm overall very happy with my purchase.
